CCIW Men's Soccer Players of the Week

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Augustana’s Sean Fidlow and North Park’s Erik
Kinnhammar were named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin
(CCIW) Men’s Soccer Players of the Week Tuesday.

Fidlow, a senior forward from Gurnee, Ill., and Carmel Catholic High
School (Finance & Accounting major), scored a goal and tallied a pair
of assists as Augustana went 2-0-0 on the week. The Vikings, ranked
eighth in NCAA Division III's Central Region, beat Principia 3-0 on
October 4 as Fidlow had two assists. He scored the first goal on
Saturday, October 8 as Augustana beat Millikin 2-0. Fidlow leads
Augustana in scoring this year with eight goals and five assists.

Kinnhammar, a junior from Linkoping, Sweden (Media Communications
major), made his first two starts of the season last week and led
North Park to a pair of wins. Playing the central defensive position,
he helped lead the Vikings to a shutout of Wisconsin-Whitewater on
October 5 as the Warhawks totaled only eight shots. In a 3-2 win over
Wheaton on October 8, Kinnhammar scored a pair of goals, including the
game-winner in the 58th minute.
