PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Hilary Cooke,

Cooke couldn't be contained on offense this week, scoring six
times and dishing out three assists in just two games as the
Spartans advanced to the semifinals of the NAC Tournament. Cooke
dominated Colby-Sawyer on the Wednesday, scoring the first three
goals of the game and finishing with four goals and an assist in
handing the NAC's second-place team a 6-0 defeat. In the NAC
quarterfinals Cooke was once again in the thick of the action,
scoring twice and dishing two assists in a 6-1 win over Thomas. The
senior leads the conference with 18 goals and has scored in each of
the team's last six games.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Jessica Poulin,
Husson
(Fr, GK - Albion, ME)
Jessica Poulin was unfazed by the pressure of starting in goal for
her first NAC playoff game of her career, and came up big, saving
all three shots sent her way to earn a shutout over ME-Farmington
and advance to the semifinals. This marks Poulin's 5th shutout of
her rookie season.
