The homestanding Scots took a 2-0 lead at halftime, then went on to double their advantage in the second half to cruise to a 4-0 win. The result dropped the Stormy Petrels to 2-3 on the season.

Lesperance, a junior forward, scored eight seconds into overtime to give the No. 8 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's soccer team a 2-1 victory over Wittenberg at Fiskum Field in Whitewater.

Sophomore goalie Delphine Léonard(Montreal, Quebec/Dawson College Prep) stopped three shots to pick up her third win.

  • Oglethorpe Drops Tough 1-0 Decision to Huntingdon

    The Oglethorpe women's soccer team played a largely even matchup with the visiting Huntingdon Hawks Wednesday night at the Oglethorpe Track and Field, but a second-half goal from Huntingdon sunk the Stormy Petrels in a 1-0 defeat. The loss dropped the Petrels to 2-2 on the young season.
